Launching Digital Networking in Injection Molding – Powered by OSPHIM 

Together with the COG team, we have initiated a forward-looking project focused on the data-driven advancement of their production processes. The primary objectives are to enhance efficiency, improve transparency, and pave the way for AI-supported manufacturing operations. 

Partnership Goals Include: 

Increasing process data transparency Linking process data to production orders for detailed machine status analysis and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations Identifying optimization potentials between machines producing similar parts Integrating subsequent process steps such as 100% quality inspection and temperature-controlled ovens This collaboration marks an important step toward smarter, more connected manufacturing at COG, leveraging OSPHIM’s technology to drive process improvements and sustainable growth.
