New Client Onboard: TPE Sealing Partners

We are excited to announce the start of our collaboration with TPE Sealing, focusing on enhancing transparency in machine availability and data collection, alongside supporting OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation. 

During a recent workshop, the first machine was connected live via the OSPHIM-App — demonstrating how our standardized software solution enables fast and seamless integration. This marks the beginning of a data-driven approach to support OEE calculation and detailed availability analysis. 

As part of the collaboration, we conducted an accompanying AI workshop, where we jointly explored fundamental questions, including: 

• What does artificial intelligence concretely mean for manufacturing? 

• What defines high-quality data? 

• Which use cases for AI are already feasible in injection molding today? 

• How can digital transformation be successfully embedded within an organization? 

Looking ahead, the next steps involve evaluating additional machine integrations and identifying targeted AI application potentials at TPE Sealing. We sincerely thank TPE Sealing for their trust and look forward to this promising journey together!
